Class 100 Cleanroom Assembly
Our clean assembly facility is rated at Class 100 (less than 100 particles per cubic foot of air of 0.5 microns or larger). We use strict protocols and methods typically found in critical manufacturing environments such as medical device industries, bio-pharmaceutical, electronics and other technological industries to prevent contamination or downtime interruptions.
ISO:9001:2015 Certification
Our precision manufacturing, assembly and testing processes are fully documented and conform to GMP standards, as recognized by our ISO 9001 certification. Unlike many regular machine shops, our ISO certification covers both machining of parts and assembly & testing.
In addition, for each of our contract-manufacturing engagements, we create unique in-house documentation and auditable SOP’s, (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent and repeatable operations during our assembly and test phases.
